BRIEF SESSIONS

Even smart, ambitious women experience unforeseen events that can trigger the need for extra support for a brief period of time. Therapy will focus on thoughtful solutions, tactical adjustments, and practical coping strategies. Also, we will re-evaluate the roles and responsibilities that may be hindering your good intentions for a balanced life. You’ll receive tailored assignments to accelerate self-awareness, challenge limiting mindsets, alleviate stress, and reset your personal and professional goals.

IN-DEPTH SESSIONS

Also, sometimes there’s more to deal with than just managing the common day-to-day difficulties experienced at home and work. Unresolved issues from the past have an unintended way of interfering with the way we think and feel about ourselves, others, and the world around us. Those can include recuperating from major disappointments, coming to terms with loss, tackling physical health struggles, or sorting out deep issues within family, intimate, or social relationships. You’ll learn how best to overcome these challenges and how to move forward with wholeness.

self-care as priority

Therapy helps us properly take care of ourselves, but it isn’t the same thing for everyone. It is adaptable to your situation. It can be brief, solution-focused, and goal-oriented. It can also be more lengthy to tackle different kinds of long-standing issues. Here, you’ll find a warm and welcoming space to explore ways to enhance mental and emotional wellness.
