at the beginning
First, we’ll have a 15 minute introductory phone conversation. Next, new clients need to fill out basic paperwork prior to starting. You’ll receive the documents via email and be directed to the online client portal to fill in your information.
sessions
The length of each virtual video session is 45 minutes. Typically sessions are weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. The frequency of sessions depends upon your needs and goals.
scheduling
Scheduling sessions are made quick and easy through the online client portal - simply click on the date and time that works best for you, and you’ll receive confirmation of the scheduled appointment. You can also reschedule through the portal as well. You may also easily schedule appointments via email or after sessions.
insurance
While I do not accept insurance, you may still qualify for reimbursement from your insurance provider. For example, most PPO insurance plans will cover a percentage of these services out-of-network. Prior to scheduling, please contact your insurance company to find out about your coverage. This office supplies all necessary documents for your reimbursement, such as the required invoice needed to submit to your insurance company (e.g., CMS-1500 form, known as a Superbill).
fees
Payment for each appointment is due at the time of session. It can be done easily via the online client portal. Additionally, you may use your Health Flex Spending Account for payment. The use of such an account will allow you to save money by using pre-tax dollars to pay for health-related services. For more information on fees, please visit this online profile.

The end of therapy typically brings a sense of growth, wellness, and accomplishment—but it is also different for everyone. When our sessions conclude, we’ll discuss an individualized plan for success that will help you maintain your positive momentum.
