Dr. Johnson combines warmth with expertise to create a supportive and practical therapy experience. She takes an active, down-to-earth approach, helping clients develop effective strategies to manage anxiety and depression.

With over 15 years of experience specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for adults, Dr. Johnson is dedicated to providing personalized care that meets each client’s unique needs. She earned her doctorate from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, an APA-accredited program, and holds both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Villanova University.

Her background includes private practice in New York City and clinical roles at the University of Pennsylvania, PCOM, New York City Health + Hospitals, and Northwell Health care systems.
